The Initiations & Rites of Passage collectively called The Phoenix Effect
The phoenix effect is a system of healing & personal spiritual growth that holds the vision of transforming human consciousness. By re-informing & reconnecting the crystalline structures that organize our body, our emotions, and our interactions with each other & Mother Earth (the planet) we are better equipped to process and align with the shift in energies that our planet is currently experiencing . The techniques and rites given in The Phoenix Effect heal and transform our human energy field to create the Rainbow alignment fulfilling the 2012 prophecies of many indigenous cultures. These prophecies speak of “The Rainbow Warriors” appearing on the planet who live free from fear and reside fully in his or her transcendent nature. The Phoenix effect awakens and activates the codes for this “The Rainbow Body” designed to activate unity consciousness and actualize human potential.
This process is a unique one because it combines traditional psychotherapeutic techniques along with intuitive, energetic, and multidimensional healing modalities. The intention and goal of this process is that you are realigned with your highest place of being so that you take control of YOUR Power and are using it for your benefit and that of All Our Relations. Once this is activated it will enable us to live our life from an abundant place of love, peace, joy and awaken your unique purpose. Thus, helping us awaken to our own spiritual gifts and divine life mission. The techniques provided in The Phoenix Effect call us to re-membering our Birthright and returning to our natural way of BE-ing.

For thousands of year’s mystery schools and secret societies have guarded sacred teachings but the Elders of many Nations have decided it is now time to share those wisdoms with the world. The wisdoms shared here have come primarily from the teachings of My Grandparents but also include information I have been taught by my Tribal Elders as well as through connection with My Ancestors, Guides & All Our Relations.
Each of us has come here with a blueprint of our life’s mission. As we pull this understanding into our consciousness we can then see a clearer vision of what we wanted to accomplish in our own lives. Then, together, we can Re-member a common world vision of how we create a new spiritual culture and bring about the Thousand Years of Peace our Ancestors predicted.
While, this journey is divided into steps, remember that this journey in an individual process, an individual journey toward growth and transformation. As such the sequence of elements and experiences will vary from one person to the next. This is an experiential journey, one of many on your path of spiritual growth and transformation.
In a sense, every challenge or change we face in life is a journey. Every love found and every love lost, every birth and every death comes with the potential of transformation to a new level of understanding. Every move to a new school, job or city opens the opportunity to stop being who you were and start being who you have become. Every situation which confronts us with something new or which forces us to reevaluate our thinking, behavior or perspective presents us with possibilities for insight and growth.
The Journey is a process of self-discovery & self-integration, of maintaining balance and harmony in our lives. As with any process of growth and change, a journey can be confusing and painful but it brings opportunities to develop confidence, perspective and a new way of interacting with your environment.
There are 11 initiations and additional training will be required should you wish to become a facilitator of this Journey. The 11 tele-conferences are experiential and unique to each person’s journey through the transmissions of energy. The 11 initiations will be given on donation/gifting so they remain accessible to all that should feel the call to align with the Rainbow Path. Each will be done on teleconference and will be recorded. Those that receive all initiations will later be given the audio materials to transmit for others. There will be written materials that include information although this info is general knowledge and does not directly relate to the initiations or the process.
